3. Gentamicin sulphate

2. Caution

- Prolonged or repeated use may cause secondary bacterial infections.

1. Betamethasone dipropionate

- Concomitant use with high doses of paracetamol: increased risk of hepatotoxicity.
- NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, etc. increase the risk of peptic ulcers.
- Tricyclic antidepressants: increase corticosteroid-induced psychosis.
- Antidiabetic drugs: The dose of hypoglycemic agents should be adjusted after cessation of corticosteroid therapy.
- Glycosides digitalis: increased potential for arrhythmias or digitalis toxicity with hypokalemia.

2. Clotrimazol

Serum concentrations of tacrolimus in liver transplant patients are increased when co-administered with clotrimazol. Therefore, the dose of tacrolimus should be reduced as needed.

3. Gentamicin sulphate

- Concomitant use with other aminosides, vancomycin and cephalosporin antibiotics: nephrotoxicity.
- Ethacrynic acid, furosemide: ototoxic.
